I was pretty annoyed with the water outage that lasted over 12 hours (how can a supposedly high-end place not have a water tank?). It felt ridiculous. the food service was slow. I waited 45 minutes for a sausage at breakfast. I probably won't return.

I appreciated the hotel's central location, it was close to many key attractions. the staff were helpful. They assisted with directions and recommendations. the breakfast selection had a good variety, and the quality of the food was very good.
i found the lack of an on-site fitness room inconvenient, as i had to seek alternative facilities elsewhere and incur extra costs.
